    1. Readiness

    The process owner, data source, and success measure are settled. A pilot does not open on work that has no measure.

    2. One process

    The first loop is narrow: one approval, one order channel, or one summary. The whole company does not change at once.

    3. Connect it to Formneo

    The assistant, workflow, inbox, and WhatsApp when needed write to the same record. The result does not stay in a chat.

    4. Pilot

    It runs on real requests with a limited team. Errors and exceptions hit the record, and the flow is corrected.

    5. Measurement

    Time, rework, and fields still typed by hand are counted. A step that does not help is closed.

  6. 06

    6. Rollout

    When the pilot holds, the second process starts. Authority, training, and the audit trail stay the same as the first loop.
