• Orders

  You see, apart from the rest, what should leave today, what is late, and what the warehouse cannot cover. Every line shows how much has gone and how much is left. You cancel what never left, and you write why.

• Dispatch

  You take what is left on the order onto a waybill. You write the plate, the driver, the warehouse, and the delivery address. Goods the warehouse does not have do not leave. More than the order does not leave either. Dispatch stops for a customer with an overdue debt.

• Invoicing

  You see shipments that left and still have no invoice. You gather several of one customer’s waybills onto one invoice. Stock does not fall a second time.
