Read what is in the warehouse from the movements.
You see, at that moment, how much is in each warehouse. A count and a transfer are written as movements. Service lines do not leave stock.
- Warehouse by warehouse
- No hand edit

Warehouse by warehouse, unit by unit.
Product card
You write the goods’ name, unit, and selling price. If stock tracking is off, the line is a service and does not leave the warehouse. Haulage works the same way.
Warehouses
You see how much is in each warehouse, and which one is running low. The first warehouse opens on its own. You add the next ones.
Warehouse transfer
You move goods from one warehouse to another on one slip. A quantity the source does not have does not leave. The total stock stays the same. Only the place changes.

Look, count, and move it.
Stock is not a figure you change by hand.

See the warehouse
You look here to see how much is in each warehouse.

Write the count
The difference is recorded as an adjustment. Scrap needs a reason.
- 03
Transfer it
Goods move from one warehouse to another. The total stock stays the same.
