An order leaves on several trucks. Each waybill updates shipped and remaining. Plate and driver come from the vehicle record; the balance sits on the account.
A ready-mix day is cubic metres, a plate, a driver, and a site. The order keeps shipped and remaining quantities. The waybill records the plate and the driver, and stock is checked on the same document.
The site balance is the customer’s account balance. When that balance and the open orders cross the limit, dispatch stops until a written reason lifts the block.
