• Quotes

  You write the price, the delivery, and the payment terms for the customer. A prospect who has no card yet can sit on the quote with only a name and a phone number. You print the quote and share it by email or from WhatsApp on your phone. When you turn it into an order, the lines go across as they are.

• Invoices

  You issue the invoice directly, or you build it from a waybill that already left. The due date comes from the customer’s terms. If it was paid up front, the collection is written at the same time. A cancelled invoice is not deleted. It is reversed.

• Sales return

  You choose which invoice came back, and how much of it. Sound goods go back into stock. You can return damaged goods without putting them in stock. The amount comes off what the customer owes.
