• Expenses

  You see expenses, services, stock purchases, staff, and tax payments on one list. You can tell what is still to pay, what is late, and what already left the cash.

• Quick expense

  You enter a slip such as fuel, a meal, or rent in a few fields. If you paid it now, it leaves the cash. If it is on terms, it becomes a supplier debt. If a staff member paid from their pocket, it is owed back to them.

• Purchase invoice

  You write the supplier’s invoice number, the due date, and the lines. If the goods already came in at goods receipt, stock does not rise a second time. An unused advance comes off the invoice.

Enter the expense, receive the goods, close the debt.

The day’s slip and the supplier invoice sit on the same list.
