Payments
You give an advance, pay a bonus from cash, and pay back an expense the person covered from their pocket. An open advance comes off the payment on its own.
Time and attendance
Today you see who is in, who did not come, and who is late. A person clocks in and out by reading the code at the workplace. At the end of the month you take the timesheet as Excel.
