Purchasing fills stock, dispatch reduces it, invoices and collections close the account. When the limit is crossed, the risk screen shows it.
Cement leaves in tonnes. The waybill is the stock movement, so the warehouse quantity changes with the document. The open invoice and the account balance stay on the same customer card.
Collection can land on the oldest open invoice. A cheque in the portfolio is collected or endorsed, and a bounce updates the account.
