Wholesale distribution is an order, a waybill, an invoice, and cash. The waybill moves stock. The invoice opens the balance. Collection lands on the open invoice.

There is no production order, recipe, or raw-material consumption in the product. Goods already in the warehouse are what the waybill ships.
